Worst hair salon experience ever. I will not be coming back. The staff is unprofessional and the stylist needs more training in how to do hair and the customer servive skills need to improve as well. If I can give it a zero, I would.
This place is honestly awful. I was so excited to get a mani/pedi, eyelash extensions, and my hair done. I set an appointment with the manager, Ms. Robin, she said they would let me know if they will confirm my appointment. 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing, so I decided to call again. They said they weren't sure if the workers wanted to show up to work and do my nails and eyelashes, so I was stuck last minute looking for new places to get things done.
Wonderful place to come and we providing full service in what you asking needed.. clean and friendly place to be... when you will always walk in and out with great loving smile...
They are stingy with their products. Did not wash all of my Conditioner out. The stylist did not know what she was doing, my hair when I left was dry and puffy.
Mrs. Robin is such a sweetheart and did a great job doing my hair. Never seen a shop like this EVER. so comfortable and everyone has their own space. Great conversations, great music and great people.
